Description

Victoria pattern, 1935, Belgium
Pair of very nice Rosaline Art Deco candlesticks made by Val Saint-Lambert. (More in stock).
From the Luxval range by Charles Graffart and René Delvenne.
Named after European monarchs, the Victoria pattern is rather short, with arms protruding at each side and a base that gives the impression of large dress of swaged material. The color is pink but the tint changes with light sometimes giving an orange or yellow tint to the body.
